I am having issues when I want to tame a horse. I'm also having issues trying to ride an already tamed horse.

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected for it to take several tries to tame a spawned and untamed horse and to be able to ride an already tamed horse with no difficulties.

What actually happened was...:
When I tried to tame the horse not only was I unable to tame it, but it also didn't buck me off like an untamed horse usually does. So I could ride it, but I couldn't make it move. It just walked around on its own with me sitting on top not getting thrown off of it. Also I couldn't see my health or check my inventory. The already tamed horse would let me ride it, I could see my health and I could check the inventory that is normally shown when you press the inventory button while riding a horse, but I couldn't make it go in the direction that I wanted to go like I couldn't with the untamed horse.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. first take a horse spawn egg out of the creative inventory.
2. spawn a horse (it doesn't matter what kind)
3. then try to tame it the normal way
4. try to check inventory
