Placed doors (oak wood, iron) and stairs (oak wood, cobblestone) will vanishing after exiting and reloading a world. The iron door is completely gone, the oak wood door only consists of the bottom half. Oak wood and cobblestone stairs are gone but cause lighting problems; they still cause a shadow where they once were.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place Oak wood and iron doors as well as oak wood and cobblestone stairs.
2. Save and quit to title.
3. Reload into the world.
