Unconfirmed
Structures in NPC villages that had previously always generated doors no longer always do so, including the library, the church, the butcher's shop(front door only), and several of the home models. I found two villages with the same issue, and while each had at least 8 buildings, only two doors were present, not counting the butcher's back door, which did generate.
Edit:
Upon additional testing in superflat worlds, this applies to both desert and 'normal' villages, with doors spawning only the bottom half or not at all. Sometimes a door would appear to not spawn, but would not let you walk through it or click on it.
Additionally, in the non-desert villages, stairs seem to not render initially, leaving shadowy glitches and appearing when clicked or when a block is placed on them.
