    Description

      Minecart with TNT still destroys blocks & tracks if the activator rail is on adjacent track to minecart with TNT entity. Activator rail is dropped in survival mode, not destroyed. THIS IS NOT A DUPLICATE OF MC-7464. REVERSE THE RESOLUTION!
