Arrow brightness

      All arrows in the end (that's all I checked) will become like a light source but, they gave out no light.

      What I expected to happen was...:
      The arrows to not be brightened up.

      What actually happened was...:
      All the arrows in the snapshot all stay brightened.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Go to the end.
      2. Shoot any arrow avalible in the snapshot.
