Chunk Randomly Loads In World

      I will be working on a map in-game, but when I enter MCedit, some chunks have been randomly deleted or generated vanilla Minecraft terrain. Much like what happened to Vechs here:

      I see no reason for this to be occurring, as I have been doing nothing differently... This same bug occurs in the End.
