When trying to get to new dungeons in the end I put on the /effect @a 11111 111 to give me high speed so I can go to the new dungeons faster from this I did get to the dungeons faster but when i went to the chest locations it was all spilled on the ground. So I said that it was a bug so I tried duplicating it my first sprinting while flying without the effect to get to the next dungeon and see if the items were on the ground but they weren't. So I gave myself the effect to find some more dungeons and the first 2 it didn't happen but the 3rd made the ladders from the ship to break which confirmed the bug. hope this ain't a duplicate.

What I expected to happen was...:
Chest and ladders appear normally to use

What actually happened was...:
All off the blocks broke and the item of the block and the contents in them were on the ground

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Give yourself abnormal amount of speed by /effect command
2. Run on floor of End and find a dungeon with chest in them and ladder from the ships
3. (Sometimes the bug happens and sometimes it doesn't) When found the ladders should be on the floor and chests broken with only the contents inside on the floor not the chest.
