What I expected to happen was...:
flower charge symbol in the middle of the shield

What actually happened was...:
flower charge symbol on shields was 1 pixel to the left and 1 pixel upwards

Steps to Reproduce:
1. make a banner with a flower charge symbol on it
2. make a shield the same colour of the banner
3. combine the banner with the shield with the banner
