In this glitch if i go on a server and then leave and go on a single player world, the on screen text, scoreboard, inventory (i cant use the stuff), and ender dragon name all show up on my screen. This has only happened to me three times but it is vary annoying and the only way to stop it is to shut down minecraft and restart it.
