Upon firing a tipped arrow from a stack in survival mode, and then picking up said arrow, it will give you another stack of that type of arrow.

What i expected to happen was that when i fired it and picked it up, it would give me back one arrow.

What actually happened was it gave me another stack.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Give yourself a bow.
2. Put a stack of any tipped arrow.
3. Fire one of the arrows while in survival mode.
4. Pick up said arrow.
