first sorry for my bad english skills

Me an an friend playing on an survival server.

he has an internet connection of
65ms
and i has 50ms
So everything is ok the last 30 days but yesterday i build some hopper (3)
connect them and an chest.
everything fine by me and other players
BUT he want join ,but he cant because he become an packet loss of 60% !
than an high ping of 400ms and after it an server time out
so we had tried everything but at the point where i destroy my all my hopper he can join and play without packet loss
to prof this theory we test it 6 time at different places with different red stone mechanics
every time i build hopper
he cant even play near it
when he join far away on the map everything is ok.
when he walk in the near of the hopper he gets packet loss and server time out.
all other mechanics done nothing on his connection.
we play together on an public server everyone has an very good ping
