I can only confirm this on Singleplayer. I've not tested it on a server

When you use /spawnpoint in the End, you will not spawn at the Worldspawn.
What I expected to happen was, that I will spawn just arround the Worldspawn, because /spawnpoint does not work in the End
Steps to reproduce:
1 Create a new world. I made it creative and superflat
2 Set the Worldspawn new at some new coordinates
3 Go to the End
4 Set your Spawnpoint with /spawnpoint
5 Kill yourself
Note: Your spawn should not be set at the overworld, so that you can respawn arround the Worldspawn
Also, when you do Step 4, be sure, that you are standing NOT on the Obsidian Platform
In Screenshot 1, you can see the world right after generating. This is a fresh world.
In Screenshot 2, I teleported myself to 0 0 and set the Worldspawn with /setworldspawn
In screenshot 3, I traveled to the End. I stood not on the Platform as I used /spawnpoint
In screenshot 4, I respawned after killing myself. I spawned not arround 0 0

- Note, that arround the Worldspawn, I mean values with +10 or -10 blocks. In the screenshot I spawned 100 Blocks away from the Worldspawn.
