Chest carts and Hopper carts will move a LOT further than all other carts, including empty, from a single powered rail.

In the test I did, this is roughly 50 blocks further than the empty cart.

I'd understand if it was a weight thing, but these carts travel ~6 times further than the empty cart, and the cart with TNT in it!
