Summary: Crash because of instant breaking blocks(Torches, String, etc)

What happened: Was working on a few projects (This has happened multiple times) and as I break a torch I get a random crash.

Expection: That the player was just going to break a torch as normal

Recausing the effect:
I can not give a specific way of replicating it, but if a major lag spike occurs just before you break a torch, it seems to happen more often.
