Game freezes after "Save and Quit to title" [Updated]

      When I close my game, it may freeze. I can't get out from the game, until I press "Control + Alt + Delete" key combination. The level may also be corrupted after freeze. For example buttons or command's doesn't work anymore or the player starts on the void.
      I have Window's 8.1 and newest java version.
      Open the text file to open log.
