Wow, 2 bugs in the same day XD!!!!!! I have found out when you die, and have your inventory open, you still have it open. If you have a chest and your looking in it, you will get it taken away from your screen. You can simulate the bug by opening your inventory while being hurt by a cactus (no real people were "harmed" in the making of this glitch).
