What I expected to happen was...:
Boat to travel in direction the player was facing.

What actually happened was...:
Boat would travel forward in direction player was facing but then would teleport boat and player approximately 30+ block away from its last location. Boat would also teleport player if the player hopped out of the boat; would also teleport player 30+ blocks away.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter a boat
2. Travel a certain distance
3. Boat teleports player
