Comparator causing update behind itself as well as in front.

      The redstone on the right in the picture is connected to a button, whenever I hit that button it pulses the dispenser several times rather than just activating it once. This wasn't true as recently as 13w02b, and it mess up a lot of systems involving dispensers.
