Stuttering after the 1.7.10 update related to chunks, minor after the 1.8 update but it's still there.

Even though both of our computers are powerful (my friends PC is better though), we still get "server overloaded" or "chunk ticks" after the 1.7.10 update, causing stuttering which may be helped with by installing Forge and Fastcraft. However, the problem still remains a bit with these mods.

In Minecraft 1.8 the stuttering is less and I don't get as much chunk popin as I do in 1.7.10, but it's still there.

I can run ARMA 3, and I see no reason why our PCs can't run a server integrated with a client, even though it's much powerful. Maybe it's the integrated's server problem?
