What I expected to happen was...:
it was going to act like if you were to normally put repeaters sideways
What actually happened was...:
the middle part of the middle repeater went to bed rock
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put two repeaters in front of each other (1 block apart)
2. then put a repeater sideways in the middle
3. power a strait repeater
