Painting/Armor Stands, Item frames despawning when I fly a certain distance away from them.

What I expected to happen was...:
I thought the objects would stay in their place when I fly away.

What actually happened was...:
They despawn

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put render distance on 3
2. put a bunch of armor stands/paintings/item frames in a designated area.
3. Fly away a little past the distance where you can't see them
4. Then when you fly back they all should be gone.

One thing that I might add is that when you quit the world and start it again every thing will be back.
