Flower/Grass spawning weird

    • i don't no the server environment but my PC is:
      win7 home edition 64 bit
      intel i5 2500
      gigabyte gtx 650 ti
      java 1.8.0_25 32 bit (thats what minecraft says)

      i walked in a world at a private server i play on and the 2 tall flowers/grass have spawned only bottom half but if u break them and place they are 2 tall and u cant break the top part.
      ***edit: also grass and the server was created in 1.8.1 i played in 1.8.
