When using /particle (Specifically= particle splash 13 11 16 13 22 16 100 10 is what I used) the normal outcome would appear, put there would be constant lines of white across the screen when facing the particles. I was unable to get a picture due to it disappearing quickly. It was like taking a picture of a lightning bolt.
