When I go through the Nether portal, the portal places me one block outside the portal. It used to place the player in the portal and then they have to walk out of the portal.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build a nether, any size
2. Go through the portal
3. Portal places you one block outside the portal instead of inside.
4. Happens going both way through Nether portal
