What I expected to happen was the arrow would be unaffected by the updating repeater.
What actually happened was that the arrow would move every time the repeater updated.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a clock or something that can send power to a repeater.
2. Shoot an arrow at the top of a repeater.
3. Power or un-power the repeater.
