When the text on Cyrilic (Russian) is entered, the symbols are shown in the other char set. It is impossible to enter the russian messadge. (ex. you can see on the picture I linked to).
Here Shagrat typed through the client and this text had the wrong representation. And the testbot wrote with the help of API and the representation was right.
