I launch Minecraft and then go into my options and press resource packs (no, I'm not in fullscreen) and nothing happens! So I go into my minecraft folder and there is no resource pack folder! This bug only occurred when I got 1.8.
*What I expected to happen was... My minecraft folder to open.

I thought when I pressed my open resource pack folder it would open up the folder. I thought if I went into my Minecraft folder I would find the resource Pack Folder.
*What actually happened was...: I couldn't open or find the folder.
Describe what happened here
I could not locate/find the folder in my minecraft folder or open it up in the game.

2. ...Play a single player game
3. ...Completely turn off your computer (run out of battery) while playing.
