I am really sorry if this a duplicate, but I couldn't find any report which is describing this.

When you try to translate something with tellraw and this translation doesn't exist you still get a redstone signal when a comparator is attached to a command block which was executed by it.

Example command:

/tellraw @p {translate:"hi.hi"}
