I tried to make the impossible hallway trick with /tp, but it seems not very smooth... I guess if I would have used smaller diffrences between where the player is teleported to and where he is getting teleported, it would show less frames, but it will still show frames. This makes /tp not really that smooth.
What I expected to happen was...:
/tp will teleport me smoothly to another place, flawlessly.

      What actually happened was...:
Instead, it showed 1-3 frames of the middle between where I was before and where I'm getting teleported to. It might not sound like too much of a diffrence, but it is very, VERY annoying and unsmooth.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Select a coordinate close to you, but not too close, you shouldn't use about 5 blocks away of you. Choose about 10 blocks away. Or more, if it doesn't seem to happen.
      2. Type the command /tp <the coordinates you chose>
      3. If you still can't see it happening, try making a room (It has to have walls), then in the coordinates you chose put the exact same room, then you'll see what I'm talking about.
(If you are going to say that its because its client lag or server lag, I'm not going to belive you. I don't have any server lag in my singleplayer world, if I try to send something in the chat, it sends it without even a tiny delay, and I'm having mostly about 60 fps.)
