When having the blindness effect, sprinting is impossible, doesn't matter if you double click W or press ctrl while pressing W. This can be good for horror maps if they want you to walk slowly, but for 'Run for your life' style horror maps is horrible. And apart from horror maps, its kinda annoying.

What I expected to happen was...:
I would sprint while having the blindness effect, I'll move faster, my FOV will increase a bit and I'll have block particles behind me.

What actually happened was...:
I walked like normal, not sprinted, moved slowly, my FOV stayed the same and I didn't had any block particles behind me.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type in this command: /effect @p 15 6000 100 true
2. Choose one of those ways of sprinting: Double click W; Hold W and press ctrl; Hold W and press S for a moment, still holding the W key.
3. See that you're not moving any faster, the FOV doesn't get a bit higher, and there are no block particles behind you/
