It appears that my skin does not show up in minecraft LAN. This only applies when I am the host. I am mildly peeved as well as I don't mind the original Steve skin but I am stuck appear as Alex.

Steps to repeat:

1 load minecraft with custom skin installed.
2 start lan world
3 allow someone else to join LAN
4 Your skin will show up as default
