there is a bug when i destroy long grass flowers show up as im destroying it

*What I expected to happen was for the long grass to get destroyed normally

*What actually happened was a flower popped up as i was destroying the long grass
what happened was a flower popped up as i was destroying the long grass

Steps to Reproduce:
1. destroy long grass until a flower pops up
