Hey guys, so I hit some pretty massive lag after downloading the new 1.8 update, which is unusual for my PC. Figured it was something to do with the update, and it would be smoothed out soon. In the meantime, I switched my version back to 1.7.10 to keep playing my survival world, and my inventory/all chests are now blank. There was some other weird stuff like random blocks breaking and lying around, as well as torches, but that's relatively minor.
It's worth noting that I created this world in 1.7.10, tried it in 1.8, then tried to switch back to 1.7.10 (which is when the issue occurred)- all in the same world. Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
