Flower Duplication Glitch, Break Block under 2 block tall flowers

What I expected to happen was...: to break a grass block with a flower under it
Describe what you thought should happen here

What actually happened was...: Broke grass block with 2 block tall flower and it broke flower and grass block, BUT it gave me flowers instead,
Describe what happened here

*NOTE* I tried with all other 2 block tall flowers and the same happened.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. 2 block tall flower on top of grass block
2. break grass block
3. you get 2 flowers
