Inverse Daylight Sensors (Night Sensors) will not turn off Redstone lamps during the day

What I expected to happen was for the redstone lamp to turn off

What actually happened was it stayed on even during the day

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put Redstone Lamp out on surface and put a Daylight Sensor ontop of it.
2. Inverse the Daylight Sensor into a Night Sensor via right click
3. Turn world to night and see lamp turn on
4.Turn time to day time and see light stay on when it should be off
