I have a survival world that I often open to LAN to play with some friends. I have had the world since 1.5 (I am pretty sure on this) and never had problems with maps. I always calculate the new center of a map (using 2048 blocks) before making it in order to have all my maps line up with one another. The same thing happens if I make a map in a new world
What I expected to happen was...:
When I make a map I expected to be at the center of the map.
What actually happened was...:
The place I was standing (after fully expanding the map with paper) was close to the top left corner of the map.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new survival world.
2. Get an empty map and use it.
3. Fully expand the map in a crafting table with paper.
