When you put a head down/ on an armor stand/ in you inventory half of the texture is missing (2 sides and the bottom is doing something dodgy(see screenshot))

What I expected to happen was...:
The had would appear on the floor as normal

What actually happened was...:
When I put It down it Was missing some sides

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start a 1.8 - pre2 default world
2. Get a head
3. Put it down

NOTE: This does not happen when the Skull belongs to a player or Mob Heads...
