0% and OFF are two different options when adjusting volume

      When adjusting the volume sliders in Minecraft's settings, you can bring the volume bar down to 0%, but if you move it ALL the way to the left, you get OFF. Isn't 0% and OFF the same thing? Why are they two different spots on the bar? Focus on my screenshots and how the Master Volume slider has a 0% spot AND an OFF spot.
