      Description

Put the summary of the bug you're having here

What I expected to happen was...:
for the screen to show the "Deep Ocean" biome.

      What actually happened was...:
Every block I moved in the unloaded chunk, it flashed Extreme Hills, Ocean, Forest, Swampland, you name it. It didn't flash every biome, like MushroomIsland, JungleEdge, and Sunflower Plains.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Be in creative mode and be flying, and press F3.
      2. Teleport to an unloaded chunk or chunks in the world, for example /tp @p 10000 128 10000
      3. Move around where you are. You will notice the biomes will randomly change for every block that you move.
