TNT Minecarts explode instantly when derailing

      When TNT minecart meets end of the track it explodes immideatly (Unlike with use of activator rail, where is some fuse time). But if TNT minecart derailed by breaking block under it, it will not explode.

      I believe the insta-explode thing is a bug, but even if it is intended, some consistency will be good.
