Usually it would only take 3-5 seconds for all my redstone lamps to turn on
But in the latest snapshot it takes 7-10 seconds for those same lamps to turn on

You can replicate it by making a 30+ line of redstone lamps and place redstone on top of them and repeaters where the signal is weak. Then activate it with a lever on one side. Finally compare the speed against 14w10c snapshot (You should see that 14w10c has a faster redstone circuit speed than 14w30c and later. see the bug in action here http://youtu.be/TVm3DyO9-iE
