Whenever I try to kill a creeper on a server (only on one server), as soon as it dies, my Minecraft crashes. Completely. At first I thought it was just one happening, but then it happened again and again. Today it crashed even when I didn't kill the creeper, but when somebody near me killed it. I do not use any resource packs.

And this is the message I get afterwards in the log. Btw, my version is 1.7.9 but it wasn't on the list. I hope it doesn't matter.
