Created a 4 layer beacon, big enough for 4 beacons on top, or 4X4 top layer of iron blocks. The pyramid is filled through, no holes, not missing a block here or there. The issue comes when selecting a desired effect, put an ingot in the beacon, select the effect, and/or regeneration/second lvl. Well after clicking the green check mark. The beacon window closes, open inventory up and there isn't any effects. Open the Beacon back up, ingot still in the slot, green check mark is checked, but no effects. Went into Creative mode, built a couple more, still the same results. I need my Haste II
