The generation of the paths in villages still isn't always correctly. Although there is cobblestone under the gravel, sometimes the cobblestone gets placed under the gravel after the gravel is fallen, causing holes in the paths. The cobblestone should be placed under the gravel before it falls down instead of after it has fallen down, which sometimes happens.
How to reproduce:
Find a village under which there is a cave. There is a chance that there are holes in the paths.
