Any block can be placed but cannot be destroyed/acting like air.

What I was expecting was to see what the new red mushroom texture was on the red mushroom block itself and being able to place it anywhere.

What ended up happening was the first block of red mushroom block I placed stayed where it was placed, I could place blocks around and in it and destroy the blocked I placed around and in it, even through the block to the other side of the block, but I could not destroy the block as it acts like air.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1.I restarted the game.
      2.I reopened the test world.
3.The mushroom block was gone so I tried placing another one.
4.I tried to destroy the mushroom block but could not (like trying to break air)
5.upon placing another mushroom block next to it either directly or diagonally, the ghost mushroom block would move to where I had just placed the new mushroom block.
6.I could destroy the mushroom block I placed but the ghost mushroom block was still there and unable to be destroyed.
7.I then tried to remove it by placing a grass block in it.
8.The ghost block became a ghost grass block like the ghost mushroom block.
