I was not having this problem is 29a but 29b is having this issue. When I chop the tree the bark is still there where I just chopped. I have to literally turn away from the tree and look at the tree to see it is gone.

I am not having a problem with the performance on the chunk loading but the refresh is causing a severe problem. I can not see if anyone has already submitted a report on this issue. I apologize if it is a duplicate but unable to see if a report was made.

I wanted to submit this report as soon as I discovered it.
