Steps to reproduce
- Create world with two saddled horses.
- Mount one horse.
- Save then reload world
Result
- horse you mounted disappears
This doesn't happen every time, but repeat last step and it eventually will.
Also tested and confirmed this behaviour with saddled pigs, mine carts and boats.
