golden rails that are powered on an east=west incline or west-east incline show the texture of the opposite incline.

ie. the incline is going up to the west, but the powered rail texture is facing up to the east.

the texture for non-powered golden rails on incline seems fine. Inclines in the north-south orientations seem fine as well.
