In my world there are falling sand entities that have there tile ids set to Cracked Stone Bricks. when the entity falls and your looking straight down at it the entire entity is black, when you look up when its falling down, the entity is red.(as scene in the pictures below.) I don't have pictures of it being invisible. but it happens easily.
