Snowgolem Bottemsnowblock stays

I builded a Snowgolem and then the Snowgolem got spawned but the bottem Snowblock stayed.
It turns out the Snowblock is phantom(you can jump on it but in survival (using a shouvel) it don't drops snowballs)
